Hello! I’m Brett. I LOVE BBQ! There I said it, I’m glad I got that off my chest. I’m a father to a wonderful little girl, a husband to an amazing wife, a Fire Fighter Paramedic, homeowner, a kitchen rat, and a self proclaimed BBQ Pitmaster. I have been the primary cook in our house since we got married and have learned a lot about cooking and life in that time. I have a kitchen on the small side that doesn’t always have enough room for me or all the appliances I need, but it’s a work in progress. My passion is cooking outside over a live fire, there’s just something primal about it and that appeals to me.
